Even more functionality on warm days: It has long been proven by the MERINO COOL line that MERINO WOOL and TENCEL®, THE FIBER MADE FROM EUCALYPTUS WOOD, are a perfect match. In the 140 MERINO COOL TEC line, this combination is now even more DURABLE, and maintains the same naturally COOLING EFFECT. In an elaborate process, the fine merino and Tencel® fibers are spun around a core of polyamide filaments. The resulting yarn is used to produce a material that has the same benefits of merino wool and Tencel® and is even more ROBUST at the same time.

Our 140 COOL TEC LONG SLEEVE for men is the right choice for mountain tours, no matter how demanding: alongside the cooling effect of Tencel®, the casual cut will ensure good wear comfort at hot temperatures.  Features such as the striking color of the laser-cut button panel and breast pocket made from an elastic material containing Lycra® will also make the functional long-sleeved top look great in everyday life. We have put Lycra® inserts in the shoulders to provide sufficient protection from scuffing.
